An engineer from our team joins yours: in your channels, your standups and your systems. They learn the problem from the people who have it, build against your real data and put working software in front of users within days, not after a specification phase.
Some problems can't be written down well enough to hand to a vendor. They get solved next to the people who have them.
01
Every vendor asks for requirements your team has no time to write.
An engineer learns the work by watching it, and writes the spec as working software.
02
The AI pilot works in a demo, and nobody on the floor uses it.
Built with its users, inside their tools, and changed every week from their feedback.
03
The data lives in five systems and nobody owns the joins.
We connect the systems one decision needs, then the next decision's.
04
Your engineers are on the roadmap, so operations keeps waiting.
A separate engineer for operational problems, without pulling your team off the product.
Deployment track
Dayonetohandover.
Pick a situation and move through a typical six-week deployment: where the engineer is, what they are doing, and what is already live for your team.
An operations team spends most of the day chasing order exceptions across email, the ERP and spreadsheets.

$30per hourfor work outside a package
A forward deployed engineer is billed at $30 an hour like every Auvorent role: $1,200 a week, or $4,800 a month full time. Work outside a package is billed by the hour.
Our own operations run on AI
Research, documentation, test generation, reporting and handovers run on AI-assisted workflows inside Auvorent, reviewed by people. That overhead never reaches your invoice.
In-house, not resold
Every service on this site is delivered by the Auvorent team. No subcontracting margin sits between you and the work.
Hours you can see
Time is logged by role and reported monthly, so you can see where every hour went and what it produced.

Questions
Beforeyouask.
What is a forward deployed engineer?
A software engineer who works inside your operation instead of from a specification. They learn the problem from the people who have it, build against your real systems and data, and ship working software in small steps.
How is this different from Managed Teams?
Managed Teams adds capacity to a roadmap you already own. A forward deployed engineer owns an operational problem end to end: understanding it, building the fix, getting it used and handing it over.
Do the engineers work on-site?
Remotely by default, inside your tools and channels, with working hours that overlap yours. On-site weeks can be added; travel and expenses are billed at cost.
What access do they need?
Usually your chat and meeting tools, the systems involved in the problem and somewhere to deploy. Access is agreed in writing and limited to what the work needs.
Who owns the code?
You do, on full payment, as set out in your agreement with Auvorent. The code lives in your repositories from the first day.
What happens when the engagement ends?
You get the runbook, training and a backlog. Keep an engineer on monthly, move to Support & Maintenance, or have your own team take over.
