When to call us

When growth stops showing up in margin.

Revenue rises, headcount rises, and profit per project doesn't.

  1. 01

Nobody can say which projects or clients actually make money.

Cost visibility by project, client and role, reviewed monthly.

  2. 02

Project managers spend days building status reports.

Automated PMO reporting from the systems the work already lives in.

  3. 03

Rework and late escalations eat the schedule.

Quality gates and escalation paths defined before work starts.

  4. 04

Some people are overloaded while others wait for work.

Utilization analysis and capacity allocation across teams.

Where margin leaks

Follow the work. Find the leaks.

A typical delivery line, from intake to invoice. Switch on the operating model to see the control that closes each leak and who owns it.

Operations packages

Measure, control, then profit.

Each package builds on the one before. Start with the diagnostic: it sizes the leaks and fixes the price of the work that closes them.

Outside a package? By the hour.

$30per hourfor work outside a package

Work beyond a package, such as extra automations or another delivery function, is estimated at $30 an hour and agreed before it starts.

  • Our own operations run on AI

Research, documentation, test generation, reporting and handovers run on AI-assisted workflows inside Auvorent, reviewed by people. That overhead never reaches your invoice.

  • In-house, not resold

Every service on this site is delivered by the Auvorent team. No subcontracting margin sits between you and the work.

  • Hours you can see

Time is logged by role and reported monthly, so you can see where every hour went and what it produced.

Questions

Before you ask.

Is this consulting or implementation?

Both. We design the operating model and then build the dashboards, reports and automations that make it run, with your team.

Which tools do you work with?

The ones you already use for projects, time, CRM and finance. We connect them rather than introduce another platform, unless one is genuinely missing.

How long before we see results?

The baseline in the first weeks usually shows where the largest leaks are. How fast they close depends on how much change your team can absorb, which we plan together.

Do you need access to financial data?

To measure margin, yes: project budgets, time logs and invoices. Access is agreed in writing and limited to what the work needs.
