You have paid for software that still isn’t live. Before you spend another dollar, we establish what has really been built, what can be saved and what launch will take, then take accountability for getting you there.
Most stalled projects don’t fail at once. They drift, one missed date at a time.
01
Every update promises launch next month, and it has for a year.
An independent view of what works today, separate from what is reported.
02
More budget is requested, but the product isn’t visibly closer.
Remaining work costed from the code, not from the vendor’s estimate.
03
Demos look finished; real use falls apart.
A reproducible build and end-to-end tests before anything else is promised.
04
You’re not sure you could move the code if you had to.
Ownership, access and handover risks mapped before you decide anything.
Recovery triage
Fivequestions.Fourpossiblepaths.
Every stalled project ends on one of four paths, and staying with your current developer is one of them. Answer for your project and see which path the evidence points to so far.

Stay with your vendor–

Answer to see the paths
Start with any question. The paths re-rank with every answer.
A starting point, not a verdict. The assessment checks each answer against the code itself. Your answers are not saved or sent anywhere.
Recovery engagements
Assessfirst.Thenrecover.
Every recovery starts with an assessment you can use whatever you decide. If recovery makes sense, the launch is planned from its findings, not from a promise.

Our own operations run on AI
Research, documentation, test generation, reporting and handovers run on AI-assisted workflows inside Auvorent, reviewed by people. That overhead never reaches your invoice.
In-house, not resold
Every service on this site is delivered by the Auvorent team. No subcontracting margin sits between you and the work.

Questions
Beforeyouask.
Do we have to leave our current developer to talk to you?
No. The assessment helps you decide; you can commission it while your current developer is still engaged, subject to confidentiality and access permissions.
Can you take over code another company wrote?
Usually, yes. It depends on your contractual right to the code, access to repositories and accounts, the technology involved and its condition. The assessment establishes all of this first.
Can you finish it in 60 days?
Some projects qualify for a 60-day launch. We confirm it only after the assessment, once the remaining scope, the code’s condition and the dependencies are known.
Will you just tell us to rebuild everything?
No. Rebuilding is one of four outcomes, and often not the best one. The recommendation follows what the code and your business case support.
What if the answer is to stay with our current developer?
Then that’s what the report says, with the milestones and checks to hold them to. The assessment is useful whatever you decide.
How are recovery payments structured?
By milestone: 20% at verified handover, 25% when core workflows work, 25% at an integrated test release, 20% at launch and 10% after the warranty. Each milestone has written acceptance criteria.
