Market Readiness08 / 10

Built is notthe same as ready.

Before you pay for ads, social, email or referrals, your product has to capture where people came from, record what they do and turn visits into a next step. We get it there first, then you spend.

When to call us

When spend is about to start.

Launching before these are in place doesn't stop marketing from working. It stops you knowing whether it does.

  1. 01

You can see visits, but not which channel brought the users who paid.

Analytics, UTM structure and attribution, so every result traces to its source.

  2. 02

Campaigns are judged on clicks because sign-ups and purchases aren't recorded.

Named conversion events, configured in analytics and every ad platform.

  3. 03

Paid visitors land on a generic page and leave.

Campaign landing pages, shorter sign-up and one obvious next action.

  4. 04

People who drop off are gone for good.

Email automation, push and remarketing audiences to bring them back.

Readiness check

Seven questions. One honest score.

Answer one question for each area that decides whether campaign traffic turns into measurable growth. Your score, strongest areas and the gaps to close update as you go.

  1. 01
    Analytics & tracking

Can you see where users come from and what they do inside the product?

  2. 02
    Conversion tracking

Are your key outcomes (sign-up, purchase, booking, lead) recorded as events?

  3. 03
    Conversion journey

Does campaign traffic land on a clear path to a meaningful action?

  4. 04
    Marketing integrations

Is the product connected to the ad, CRM, email and automation tools you'll use?

  5. 05
    Re-engagement

Can you bring users back through email, push, remarketing or lifecycle messages?

  6. 06
    Performance & mobile

Is the product fast and stable enough for a surge of campaign traffic on mobile?

  7. 07
    Launch measurement

Could you launch a test campaign tomorrow and measure traffic, conversions and return?

Questions

Before you ask.

Do you run our campaigns?

No. This service makes the product ready to be marketed. Your team or agency runs the campaigns; they get clean data and working journeys from day one.

Do you need to have built the product?

No. We start by reviewing how the product, its data and its tools fit together, whoever built it.

Which tools do you set up?

The ones your channels need, typically an analytics platform, a tag manager, ad platform pixels, a CRM and an email or automation platform. Naming a tool does not imply a partnership with its vendor.

How long does it take?

Ignite takes one to two weeks, Elevate two to four, and Dominate five to seven, depending on the platforms and integrations in scope.

What isn't included in the price?

Third-party subscriptions, advertising budgets, premium software licences and platform fees are billed separately. Anything outside a package is an add-on or billed at $30 an hour.

What about privacy and consent?

Tracking is set up to respect the consent choices your product collects. Which consent rules apply to you depends on your markets, and we design the setup around them.
