Terms and conditions
The terms for using this website. They cover the site itself; the work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed agreement.

About these terms
This website is operated by Auvorent LLC ("Auvorent", "we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions: clientsuccess@auvorent.com.
Our services are agreed in writing
Nothing on this website is an offer that becomes a contract when you accept it. Services are provided only under a signed proposal, statement of work or agreement, together with any service level agreement and non-disclosure agreement we sign with you. If those documents and this website differ, the signed documents apply.
Prices, estimates and packages
We publish prices so you can plan, but they are a starting point rather than a quotation:
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, third-party licences, hosting, cloud and AI usage costs, and travel unless stated
- Prices marked with a plus sign, and any price that depends on scope, are fixed only after an assessment or discovery
- Estimates produced by the calculators and planners on this site are indicative and aren't binding
- Package contents, durations and prices may change. The price that applies is the one in your signed proposal
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry doesn't create a client relationship or oblige either of us to work together. Please don't send confidential information through the form; if you need to share it, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first. How we handle what you send is explained in our privacy policy.
Information on this website
The content of this website, including articles, assessments, brochures and our corporate profile, is general information about Auvorent and how we work. It isn't professional, legal, financial or security advice for your situation, and you shouldn't rely on it as such. We try to keep it accurate and current but don't promise it is complete or error-free, and we may change it at any time.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, the Auvorent name and logo, and downloadable documents, belong to Auvorent or its licensors. You may view the site and download our brochures and profile to evaluate working with us, and share them unchanged with colleagues for that purpose. You may not copy, modify, republish or use them commercially, or suggest an endorsement by Auvorent, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights
- Send false, misleading, abusive or unsolicited messages through the enquiry form
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
- Interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it

Links to other websites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about it, and Auvorent won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability to you in connection with the website is limited to US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Liability for services we provide is governed by your signed agreement with us, not by these terms.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate Auvorent for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the website, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
